Alternative Beauty Services, an Ontario based distributor of high end hair care products to salons, continues to expand.This young and dynamic company has openings for sales staff in a number of locations.

As the exclusive distributor for Redken products in Ontario, Alternative clients range from large multi-chair salons to small one-owner salons. As a DSC for Alternative, you will have an assigned territory, and will be calling on salons in your territory.

In addition to Redken, your product offering includes two other haircare lines, a full accessory line, a full spa line, and makeup.

You will need at least two years of direct sales experience. Those currently in the hair care/beauty industry are encouraged to apply, regardless of direct selling experience. Those without direct selling experience (unless currently in the hair care/beauty industry) will not be considered.

You will need to bring to Alternative, a willingness to provide an extremely high level of customer service, coupled with a desire to succeed.In return, you will have a territory, receive hands on training from some of the most experienced sales managers in the industry, and ongoing educational seminars for salon operators, trade shows, printed material, quarterly newsletters and much more.

The Territory currently available is Ontario.

Salary
This position will appeal to those interested in developing their own territory by providing superior levels of service, coupled with hard work.Compensation is a combination of salary and commission, and can be expected to be in the area of $50-90K once the territory is fully established.
